REGISTRATION TO
AYLESBURY AND DISTRICT NETBALL LEAGUE
(ADNL)
After
affiliation to EN, clubs are required to sort their players into
teams. This information is to be recorded, along with each player’s
signature, on the player registration form.
TWO player registration forms are
to be used for EACH TEAM within the club. One is kept in the rota
folder at the playing venue. The other is kept by the affiliations
secretary for cross checking purposes. Please complete both forms
and return them to the ADNL affiliations secretary who will
then confirm that all players are affiliated to EN via the EN
website.
Please Note: if
you are unable to obtain all players' signatures before returning
the forms you must ensure players sign the forms prior to their
first match.
ALL PLAYER REGISTRATION FORMS MUST BE
COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO THE
ADNL AFFILIATIONS SECRETARY
BY
WEDNESDAY 7th SEPTEMBER
2011
IF YOUR FORM HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY
THE DUE DATE YOUR TEAM
WILL BE PENALISED AS PER LEAGUE
RULES.
HOW TO AFFILIATE
EXTRA PLAYERS AFTER THE START OF THE
SEASON
Clubs
can affiliate a player at any time via the login area on the
England Netball website. Please also notify the ADNL
Affiliations Secretary so records can be updated. Confirmation
of online affiliation is also sent to the Affiliations Secretary by
England Netball.
AFFILIATING A PLAYER ON MATCH
NIGHT
A player
must be affiliated online before playing for the club. It is not
possible to pay on the night, but payment can be made over the
telephone to England Netball.
PAYMENT MUST BE SENT DIRECTLY TO
ENGLAND NETBALL.
On the
night please write the players name, date of birth and address on
the venue record sheet and ask them to sign the teams ‘player
registration form’ in the rota folder. Please also email the ADNL
affiliations secretary as soon as possible. New names are picked up
weekly when the umpiring cards are checked. Again, confirmation of
online affiliation will be sent to the Affiliations Secretary by
England Netball.
If the
above is not carried out the penalty clause will be applied (see
ADNL rules).
