Comment - helpful advice, observation or information that is given regarding services provided.
Compliment - a polite expression of congratulation, praise or admiration of someone or something.
 
  • Members should direct their feedback to the League Secretary [email protected] to be brought to the attention of the Committee.
  • The League Secretary will acknowledge the Member’s email.
  • The Committee will review the feedback, then decide if any action needs to be taken. 
  • The Member will be informed of the outcome.
